Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTook my mom here for a relaxing girls night out. It started out pretty good and we were happy. We have been looking for a new salon to go to. The lady handed us the menu and I choose a pedicure off that menu. I talked about what all was included with the lady. However, at the end she argued with me about how that was an old menu and that pedicure doesn’t come with that anymore (after she already said it did in the beginning). And I asked why she handed me an old menu and we even talked about all that it came with and then she lied. She made a scene. On top of that the manager stood there and watched it all. Took my mom here for a relaxing girls night out. It started out pretty good and we were happy. We have been looking for a new salon to go to. The lady handed us the menu and I choose a pedicure off that menu. I talked about what all was included with the lady. However, at the end she argued with me about how that was an old menu and that pedicure doesn’t come with that anymore (after she already said it did in the beginning). Critical: Quality, ValueI so tried to like this place. Andy is super nice and so is his wife; however, the first time I went my nails were great! It was a Sunday, and he took his time. I was looking for a place to go to every 2 to 3 weeks. Three weeks later, I went on my birthday with hubby and daughter. We arrived about 4:45. My hubby got a pedicure, and for him I chose the $33 pedicure. The lady advised that they no longer do that one.(It’s on the menu). Okay, we choose the $38. My daughter who’s 11 got a REG French polish, $15 that chipped the next day. I had my previous SNS removed and replaced. Andy was rushing and I’m not sure why because no one was waiting, but the very next day THREE of my My SNS nails chipped. I went back and his wife re-did the chipped nails. Two days later, FOUR more chipped and another person re-did. And today, I see that TWO more are chipped. NOT COOL. I have been getting SNS for years. This is not normal for SNS. I was not going to write a review, but this is ridiculous. Who wants to pay $45 for SNS and have to go back THREE times. UNACCEPTABLE!Services: Pedicure, Dip powderI so tried to like this place. I so tried to like this place. Andy is super nice and so is his wife; however, the first time I went my nails were great! It was a Sunday, and he took his time. I was looking for a place to go to every 2 to 3 weeks. Three weeks later, I went on my birthday with hubby and daughter. We arrived about 4:45.
