I left a review this week and somehow it was not visible the most recent review of their business was 2 months ago very strange? So I will try again. I got gel dip nails and they were awful! Within 2 days I had 8 cracked nails. I’ve had my nails done every 3 weeks for years and rarely break a nail. Trying Luxe was a big mistake ! I went back the same week to let the guy that did my nails redeem himself by fixing them and they are worse than the first time. They are thick crooked and uneven. The salon was not very clean and the workers unprofessional. I’m shocked that they have any positive reviews seems sketchy.

Luxe is definetly best nail salon around. Always spotless. You are greeted immediately upon entrance. Techs are extremly polite and friendly. Owners are very nice, hardworking people. They will do everything to make sure your expectations are met. Would recommend them to anyone. Pricing is reasonable. Huge selection of colors. Nail cut & filing, Manicure, French manicures, Nail designs, Nail polish changes, Gel manicures, Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Polish removal, Nail art, Nail decals, Dip powder

I went 3 different times the first time was good the second time I got fungus in my nail showed them and they just ignored it. The 3rd time told them that again 2 nails popped off and the fungus was worse . They still ignored it and this time the nail popped up the very first night and when went to get it fixed they became combative with me and my mom so just left now I have 3 nails that have popped off due to being way to thin.So would I recommend them NO NOT AT THIS TIME.

After going to this salon 3 times I have mixed feelings about my experience there. My nails were done okay the 1st time and I had a different nail tech the 2nd, but same one by my request, the 3rd. I requested my daughter & I have the same nail tech & made appointments to insure we would. However, that being said, we did not in spite of the request. My daughter told me just prior to our 2nd visit that she had a fungus on one of her nails. I assured her it could be taken care of. Little did I know that it wasn’t. By our 3rd visit, I wanted to be sure we both had the same tech because of it. I am not sure how it happened but again my daughter did not have the tech I had requested for us BOTH. They did not remove the fungus. It could have been simply filed off. For whatever reason, it was not treated. As a result, the nail lifted. We stopped in the salon on Tues, we got our nails done on Sat. We were told we would have to wait to have the nail fixed because it was too sore to deal with.

First time going to Luxe Nails. I went for a pedicure, and from the moment I walked in, I knew it was going to be a good experience. I was greeted immediately by one of the staff members. She was super sweet, and fortunately for me I did not have to wait long, since I did not have an appointment. Everything about this visit was amazing, very attentive and meticulous. When I’ve been other places, seems as though they rush you if you do not have an appointment, and then the pedicure was not even worth it. This was certainly not the case here. I will definitely be back, and would highly recommend. My only complaint is that you can’t leave a tip when running a card. Make sure to have cash on hand. That is the only reason for 4 stars…

I just moved to the area and this place had good reviews so it was the first place that I tried. I wish I could give a higher review but unfortunately I hated the way that my nails came out. My pointer finger was crooked, my nail designs were awful and it was a simple design. In addition my nails were bumpy from the acrylic not being filed correctly and even missed painting some of the sides of a couple of my nails. It might just be the person who did my nails as I have seen some good pictures of nails from here – but unfortunately I don’t think I can come back here as I do not want a repeat experience from last time

They were running a little behind but they apologized and more than made up for it with the quality of their work. The first nail salon I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to lots, that actually took their time to make sure manicures and pedicures were of quality. Super friendly nail techs who talked and joked with you (this was my first time there) usually when I get my nails done at other places the techs ignore you to talk to their coworkers or look at their phones or rush through the service. Very clean environment and one of the lowest costing places I’ve been to. Will definitely be back.

It was my first time coming here and I will definitely be coming back! Didn’t get the lady’s name however she was incredibly nice and talented I enjoyed the conversations we had very much. It’s very clean on the inside. My nails look incredible and it was quick yet very personalized. The prices are a lot better than most nail salons too.
