My experience was horrible the lady that did my nails had her AirPods in and was on the phone texting and calling people instead of paying attention to what I wanted. We sat in silence with her texting on her phone for a good 5-10 min after she buffed my nails. my nails look horrible chunky and crooked, she was very rude and had the worst attitude. I asked her if she could fix the chunkiness and she said no because I “picked the wrong shape for my fingers” I asked for square but not too wide . I also asked for her to shape the tips before she added acrylic so I can approve the shape and she completed ignored me and did what she wanted to do. She kept on pushing and pulling my hand, when she did push my hand the polish got messed up and she started huffing and puffing and said something under her breath. She sternly told me not to pick my phone up after the polish had fully dried 2 times under the lamp. I have always had a good experience here but this time was absolutely horrible I will never be coming back!!!

I’ve always attended this nail salon with no problems but today was the worst day of them all. the owner which is Van had a negative attitude towards me, very sarcastic and very arrogant. She had a nasty disposition.(Bitter tone) She disregard how I wanted my nails and was upset about doing them.Telling me I got fungus on my nails and it was nothing she could do about it. She did not put fungus medicine or NOTHING on my finger. (I am surprised & shocked) I TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS & FAMILY DO NOT GO TO LUXE NAILS EVER!!

I relocated fr Bx NY to Poughkeepsie a few years ago, I kept going back to the Bronx to have my nails done. After doing this for a year I grew tired of the distance driving so I started googling nail spas in my area of Poughkeepsie. I tried a few nail spas and I was very dissatisfied with the service I received…I decided I was not going to have my nails done anymore unless it was a special occasion then I will go to the Bronx. Then one day I was at Adam’s farm grocery shopping at the checkout the cashier’s nail caught my attention I asked her where she had her nail done her reply was I had them done by the best nail spa in Poughkeepsie, she gave me the address and phone number. Two week later I called and make an appt. I love the atmosphere at Luxe Nail Spa, the staff are friendly and courteous, the place is clean that matters so much to me, their prices are reasonable and their service is EXCEPTIONAL…l have come to agree with the cashier’s statement, Luxe Nail Spa is the BEST…A big thank you to my nail technician ( sue) she is simply awesome she has the biggest heart and she is always patient with me, I move my hands alot alway distracted watching the television. Early on this year I went through a crisis with my son, Sue knew about my crisis, she always had encouraging words to say to me and she prayer for my son. Every time i visit luxe nail spa I leave satisfied, one of the thing I like most, is all I have to do is show up and sit in Sue’s chair and she does her magic on my nails, Sue gets me….Thank you Luxe Nail spa, for your commitment to help us look great ( beautiful hands, beautiful toes and awesome brows.

Today was my first time visiting this nail spa and im really surprised at how much i love this place now. since it’s relatively new and i’ve never gone before or found many pics of how well they do their nails, i was a bit skeptical to go at first. i went since they’re a lot less pricey than the nail spa i usually go to by the sushi house. i was out in about an hour and i extremely happy with the results. the workers are very kind and they have a lot of options for nail colors including regular nail polish, gel polish and even ANC powder. i will definitely be going again!!
