I had I believe his name was Ben and it was the best experience I have ever had getting my nails done! He made me feel super comfortable. He does amazing work! I went in sick and couldn’t stop coughing I was so embarrassed yet he had no problem still killing it with my nails. Best 75$ I have ever spent! Thank you Ben and whoever the girl was that did the spiderwebs on my nails! They look awesome☺️

I decided to try Luxe for the first time today. When I walked in, I was greeted with a blank stare only by the receptionist. I had to speak first. Then, I was taken back for a pedicure. The pedicure process itself was nice, but the paint job was awful, with polish left on my skin. Next, I was taken for my dip powder manicure. I’d picked out a deep plum color. The technician recommended that I add glitter polish to my nails. I agreed, not knowing how it would entirely alter the color. Instead of the pretty plum I’d picked, I left with a dirty brown/gold glitter look, which I hate. The experience was definitely not worth the $94+ tip that I paid and I will not return.

Beware of them charging for extras that you did not have done. I went in on Saturday for dip powder and was charged $20 for designs. The only thing I got was some glitter. Sonny tried to say he did a leaf design and ombré. Which first all, I never asked for either of those! I just wanted a sparkly black and orange. That’s the last time I go there. Fortunately the nice front desk girl was able to refund me the additional charges.

By far the best nail salon I have ever had the pleasure of going to. Everyone was kind and the two front end managers went above and beyond when I began to feel sick due to my blood sugar bottoming out. Even the mail tech was kind and understanding of my situation going so far as to stay later than he was scheduled to complete my appointment after I felt better. I will for sure be recommending this salon to anyone who asks where I went or where they should go. I have never before felt so well treated and I already can’t wait for my next appointment.

Absolutely love coming to Luxe to get my nails done. OJ never disappoints. Everytime I walk through the door the girls always say hi and ask me how things are going. Wow! I love this place!!! They did an amazing job on my nails and my daughters also!! Super pretty and nice place. We got a schedule for the same time mother/daughter and we got to sit beside each other. The ladies who did our nails were wonderful!!! I had Jessica and I think my daughter had Kayla or Karla ( I could be wrong with the name, sorry ) but she was amazing with her! We love our nails so much and will definitely be back and make it a thing for us now. So in love with our nails!!!! So So Happy!!! Thank you!! ☺️
