This is my first time at this nail salon. The staff was very professional and super nice. I really enjoyed to interaction with the nail techs and it made me feel like I belong there. This is definitely my new spot for nails. Everything is super clean and they sanitize the tools which is super important to me.

Even when slow I am always told they’re short staffed. Owner tried to say she had appt but when i asked the time so i could possibly wait or come back she started stuttering and then said 3 different times. I have came 3x in the past 2 months and been told the same thing barely stepping in the door. Very rude and unprofessional. If you don’t want to service the everday consumer please state that instead of being unwelcoming and dismissive. I literally sat in the car and watches 2 clients pull in after i was turned away and neither of them were turned away. As the owners husband came out for a smoke break. I guess you have to be a specific person to use their services.

I absolutely loved my manicure and pedicure services! The best part is the chocolate wax. For the first time in my life I can say I didn’t have any type of reaction on my sensitive skin and I actually look forward to getting my services done again. Very cute location and there wasn’t a long wait. I’ll definitely be there again!

I ‘m one that normally doesn’t change her routine when it comes to nails. I’ve used the same person and place for nearly 8 years now. I happened upon the Luxe Nail Bar one day after work because it was closer to where I was headed. It’s extremely nice, very clean and modern. Prices are a TAD more but not by much. I’d rather pay a little more for a nice enjoyable place to go sit and relax, as it should be….The service is great and I normally have an issue with my nails staying on because my nail beds are so short but I have not had one issue with them lifting. I can go a good two weeks with them on!
