T did my nails and listened to my preferences and continued to check in with my throughout my manicure to ensure I was happy with length, shape, color etc. Joyce did my pedicure and did a great job! They helped me pick a color and had a wide selection for dip that matched gel. I ended up doing a French manicure with dip and it can come out wonky in my experience. Both T and Joyce were friendly but also let me read my kindle without feeling like there was awkward silence. They also offer 10% off if you pay in cash and they have a rewards program.

Hung (Jason) was my nail tech and I highly recommend him. I came in after a long day of work and just wanted to relax. He totally read my vibe and let me chill and decompress. Later he casually asked how I was feeling. We had a great conversation while he took his time with my pedi and massage. I was super pleased and left feeling very relaxed. Please go and give him all your money! He’s got cute babies to support!

I’ve been to many nail places all over forth worth and every single one of them I’ve been greeted with nasty glares or horrible customer service. I’ve had my fake nails ripped off causing me to bleed and had rude comments about body hair. This is the first nail salon where I felt welcomed and cared for throughout the whole process. I’ve been here many times now and have never felt uncomfortable. My nails have come out amazing each time too. They even fix a broken or chipped nail for free. Steven has done my nails the majority of the times I have gone and he’s fantastic, definitely a perfectionist. I always recommend this place to my friends and I definitely recommend it to you 🙂

I went in for the first time and received a mani and pedi. Their customer service was great and they were very gentle but still got the job done!! I’ve had bad experiences at other nail salons with the drills so I was traumatized. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back!!!! Manicure, Pedicure

I usually have no issues with this place. I went yesterday and got both a mani and Pedi. I had someone due my fingernails that never did them before. I got plain and simple white time French tips. The powder on the nails is so thin that it is barely even there, there are 2 nails that are sideways, and the powder is not to the cuticle like it should be on most of the nails. It was just a quick 15 minute nail job to get me out of there so they could move to the next client. They were backed up about 30 minutes. I just feel like the nail service was very poor.

I scheduled an appointment days in advance. Arrived a couple minutes early. They soaked my nails off and wasn’t able to get to me until an hour after my appointment. Save your time. Go to Sunny Nails up the street. Their staff is awesome and nail quality is too Dip powder
