I had a beautiful experience! I didn’t have an appointment and they fit me right in. Lan did my nails and she was so sweet and professional. She constantly checked in to make sure I liked my nails and that she was being gentle enough. She was personable and friendly. I came in wanting french tips and she had an idea to do a different design. They turned out beautiful! Can’t wait to go back.

Crooked, thick base, uneven. Just three words to describe these nails. I drove almost an hour to get my nails done here. Came in for a full set of powder acrylics and a pedicure. Not sure where the miscommunication was but when she brought the polish over I told her no that I wanted all dip yet she still said we’d do the polish. Tried to have her fix one nail twice because it was crooked. After the second time of looking at it, I just gave up and said okay just so I could get my nails over with and my pedicure and get out of there. Of course got charged for the shape and length but how are these terrible nails $80? I asked for long coffin and get Medium rounded tapered square. I could have done this type of work at home on myself. Will definitely not be coming back and will stick with my normal nail lady in Muskegon. The only good part was the pedicure.

First, the good: have gone multiple times without wait times. They can always fit you in. Pedicures are 10/10. Most nail techs are good as well. They are conveniently located for me as well. The owner is particularly great at manis & does them safely and efficiently. She has made great recommendations for layering colors to get the desired look for my nails. I appreciate her expertise.

This is hands down my favorite nail salon! Thu is amazing and I’ve been going to her for years. I can bring in any inspiration photo and and I’m ALWAYS satisfied with the outcome. the service you get depends COMPLETELY on the nail tech. The first time I went here before Valentine’s Day I had a sweet nail tech who did my nails exactly how they wanted and was patient the whole time. Today I went back expecting the same service and I left with a terrible DRIED OUT color I did not want (she was trying to scrape some off the bottom to paint them, improperly cured nails (residue sticking to them) and an uneven nail polish job. i am definitely crying and will not be back. she also dug the dremmel tool into my thumb and nicked my skin several times :’)

This set cost me $95 plus a $20 tip. They were friendly but it is not likely I will return. The manager Lindsey stood over my shoulder and essentially forced me to leave a review which is an entirely new experience. The product was beautiful but I bribe my first nail after 10 days. This is my second visit here for a mani/pedi. I was looking for a go-to place for having my nails done and think I’ve found it – I like that you are able to make an appointment as it was quite busy the second time, and the staff are quick and professional. My gel manicure was well done and able to withstand a week of hiking, swimming, and hot water. I will definitely be a repeat customer! One last thing to keep in mind is they do not accept card – cash or Venmo only can delay the checkout process.
