My mom has used this salon for a long time, it is very rare that we have had issues. My mom had booked a full day for my sisters, bridesmaids, and myself to get our nails done three days before my wedding. We had booked with them MONTHS in advance as well! So they should have had plenty of time for all of us in the morning. We showed up on time with all of our nails clean so all they had to do was put the acrylics on. The lady who did my nails asked if I wanted French tips, I said yes. That was ALL of the communication I got. I tried to show her a picture of what I wanted but she didn’t care. She put the tips on, put the acrylic on and then said I was done. My nails looked AWFUL. I told her I wasn’t satisfied and that’s not what I wanted. She said she couldn’t fixed them and said it was my fault so if she re-did them she would charge for BOTH sets. I walked outside and BAWLED my eyes out. My nails looked awful and I had two days till my wedding day and they refused to fix them. Everywhere else was booked so I couldn’t get in anywhere else to fix them. I absolutely hated my nails and it was for the biggest day of my life. I cried the day after and cried the morning of my wedding because I couldn’t get them fixed. It was such an awful experience, my family will not be going back. They treated us awfully and kept telling us they couldn’t do full sets for all of us cause they had other people coming in even though we booked them for 17 people (all full sets) MONTHS in advance.

I had been coming to this nail salon for almost 2 years for acrylics and dip powder until one day I decided to get a pedicure and acrylic toes. I was excited because the owner himself was doing my pedicure but was quickly disappointed when the pedicure was 20 min or less and sub par. My two acrylic toes had a thin layer of acrylic and “the nail” was slanted downward, it looked awful!! I asked the owner if he could please fix it and he said he didn’t have time but to please come back another day when I was going to get my nails done and he would fix it. A few days later I came back to get my full set of dip powder and fix my toes and they made me feel extremely uncomfortable for getting my toes re done. They were talking in another language and making me feel guilty for asking for the correct service to be done. On top of that I don’t know if this was on purpose but I received my full set of dip powder which resulted in a few nails breaking a week later, A WEEK LATER. When I called back to get it fixed they said they didn’t have time, so i finally gave up.

Fancy Nails is the place to go if you are looking to treat your self. David is really good at giving you a great pedicure that makes your feet feel amazing! I personally love getting gel nails, both on my toes and fingers. The gel stays on super good! I have mine on my toes for 3 months and it did not chip! They also are very creative when it comes to putting designs on your nails. Fancy Nails is also fast and affordable!

I came here to get a french tip done. They did a great job! I wanted dip gel, but they were honest and said that they could do it better in a normal gel. I decided I would get what they were good at and it looks great! I’m very happy with the finished product. It’s also holding up quite well. This is after a few days of wear.

BEST NAIL SALON IN SOUTHERN IDAHO! I’ve never written a review for a nail salon, but after getting my nails done here for the past few months I had to! I’ve been getting powder dipped nails regularly. It’s somewhere in between gel nails and acrylics, but less damaging than both! And I mean it!! I can go weeks between appointments and I have zero issues. My nails are beautiful, long, and strong month after month. I never feel rushed and have good conversations with all of the employees. They make you feel at home. Great pricing! Excellent service.
