This is my favorite nail salon! It’s such a relaxing atmosphere. It’s clean and spa-like. And Jenny is the BEST technician. She is the most skilled, and the most meticulous when it comes to my nails. And they LAST! There is nothing worse than getting your nails done and they are messed up in 2 days (we’ve all been there amiright?). Go to Luxe, book with Jenny. You won’t be disappointed.

SCAMMERS! I was a proud patron here until today. I treated my sister to get her acrylic nails done. Specifically told them no gel, they charged us for gel $15 length $20 shape $10 …they told us they don’t do regular polish because we will have to wait another 15 minutes… my sister is in hs she has nothing but time on her hands. We were in no rush ! In total it was $100 for a full set with just gel polish on her toes no design no pedicure. Her nails were not extremely long and there was no “coffin shape” that they charged us for !!! I will never support this business ever again..I am in complete awe! I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life !! To top it off the lady at the desk ordered someone to take the polish off of her nails …they were also passing her around between two different technicians… so very unprofessional!!! Will not ever come back will not ever recommend any one to support this business they just care about money they do NOT care about their customers. If I could I would give ZERO stars !!!

I haven’t randomly walked into a nail salon in yearsssss because I always leave unhappy with my nails. But yesterday I was in the area and decided to walk in without an appointment and they started with me right away. They were all so kind and Alice did an AMAZING job on my nails!! SO pleasantly surprised! Also the price was very reasonable. Loved my experience.

Asked for them to take off my acrylic nails…typically this results in soaking the nails with acetone, right? Nail tech tried to buff them off…and it didn’t work. I still have the acrylic stuck onto my natural nails, apparently. As she was doing it I was thinking “this won’t work,” but what was I supposed to do?? Nail tech was rushing through my appointment, and it was obvious. Sitting at work today picking at my polish and my entire?? nail??? just came off?? Will not be coming back.

I’ve visited Luxe a few times now and it has definitely become my new go-to salon! It’s a really calm environment. The space is clean. They offer tons of services at fair prices, and every one I’ve tried so far is great. I’ve never seen the same technician twice, and all the techs I’ve seen do high-quality work. They also have a lot of space so they can see many clients—I’ve never seen walk-in clients wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. It’s a great nail salon! Make sure you bring cash for payment so you can save the 3% service charge on cards 😉
