Really cute place, great staff. I like getting half volume. Good amount of parking although some shaded parking would be nice. Lash lady left the business but I will be going to either her new business or the luxe lounge in Kirkland.

I received lash extensions fill on Dec 09,2022 at 9 am by a junior lash artist. My fill appointment was for a mega whisky volume fill, the appointment ended at 12:30 ! And I ended up with less lashes than I had started with. No one will return a email, call or text from this location. I left my fill in a fluster as to how long it had taken and when I saw how little lashes I had I was blown away. I had been to this location over two years ago, with amazing lashes from Bailey and Amber. I would have liked to go back and received an appropriate fill, but was not given the opportunity. The studio was lovely and you had your own private room with the artist. The artist I worked with was pleasant to work with, but I’m not giving full stars because my lashes started falling out the next day. As I looked closer at the lashes, I noticed that they were uneven as well, my right eye was looking more sparse compared to my left. I did my lashes for my wedding, and my makeup artist even said something about how my lashes were uneven. The lashes continued to fall out (and I know how to care for lashes, I didn’t pick at them, and I washed them with lash shampoo every day), and a couple of days into the honeymoon I was already looking bare and the lashes looked sad. Perhaps it was the lash style I got (half-volume), but I would have expected the lashes to last longer…

At first I had a really good experience at luxe but recently I’ve not been happy with my services. The lash artists normally show up 10-20 Mins late. Thr last straw for me was ob10/20 I came in to get a lash fill for my birthday the following day. I sat there for almost a half hour before another girl at luxe told me that my lash girl was runninglayw but should he in soon. Not even 5 minutes later I get a call from the owner of lixe saying that my lash girl did a no call no show. I asked what her plan was since tomorrow I had big plans and I basically got a “I’m sorry” and hung up. They offered me no compensation for my wasted time. She acted like it didn’t matter or she just didn’t care. Don’t waste your time at luxe. Find a lash place that actually cares about their clients.

I went in for a fill from another salon because my usual place had no availability. So I booked a mega wispy set. What I recieved was absolutely saddening. For the price I payed, it’s sad that the first photo is what I recieved. I’ve added a comparison of my new set from my regular artist. I’m not a professional here but just comparing the two I feel like I only recieved a volume set at luxe, not a mega wispy.

Cute little place, friendly staff, my eyebrows (lamination) turned out great. Disappointed that after my appt (in April) I receive an April specials email offering $15 off new client services as well as brow lamination which was not offered to me. Hopefully they will honor that on my next appt.

Don’t bother going here, if they don’t wanna keep your appointment they will just harass you out of it. My first appointment here was great, they allowed me to do a full from another salon even though I had 5 weeks grow out due to schedule conflicts. The lashes were beautiful so I rebooked. They fired the girl who was scheduled to do my lashes and then rescheduled me for a later date at a higher rate. They did not offer to match the rate I originally booked and forced me to pay the higher rate. The day before my appointment they asked me to text them a picture of my credit card which I refused to do. The next day they tell me they cancelled my appointment due to not having a card on file, they never told me that without it on file my appointment would be canceled, when I called they allowed me to give them my card over the phone to hold the reservation but blamed me for not having it on file, which I booked online so I had to put a card in. They must have lost it when they changed my reservation. An hour later they texted me again asking for pictures of my lashes, because they knew my appointment was at 3 weeks. when I sent them they said I needed a whole new set after 3 weeks grow out, which happened because they rescheduled me. How did I need a new set when they let me do a long full the first time when my lashes were basically gone? Also if you knew my last appointment how was my information lost and you didn’t have it on file anymore? I will never return here or suggest this place to anyone.
