Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWORST “set” of lashes I’ve ever had!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!$200 for a half of my lashes to be done, when I paid for a full volume set… and they only lasted 1 day.BAD customer service!I made an appointment for a FULL Volume set and after 3 hrs my service was finished. 10 minutes later I brushed my lashes and half of them came off right then. 2 days later they are completely gone! I reached out to them immediately after my appointment and was told I could come back for a new set. I responded right away but I have still not heard a word back. Yet they are still posting on their Instagram stories…. clearly they do not care about making things right and taking care of their clients. I’m very disappointed with my service and their business overall. It was a complete waste of my time and money.
