My eyebrows are always clean and beautifully done – and there’s very little pain when she does them. I always leave feeling like my brows were cleaned up, not changed – their natural shape is honored, not manipulated and overworked. & that’s super important to me. She is always on time and she and her staff are always kind & welcoming. The salon is always clean and smells good, too! I come here once a month to have my eyebrows threaded by Arielle. She is the owner and does amazing work. My eyebrows are always clean and beautifully done – and there’s very little pain when she does them. I always leave feeling like my brows were cleaned up, not changed – their natural shape is honored, not manipulated and overworked. & that’s super important to me. She is always on time and she and her staff are always kind & welcoming. The salon is always clean and smells good, too! Critical: Quality, Value*update: my eye is now the size of Mt. Rushmore 🙁 and I was told by another lash tech this could have happened from them not cleaning their tools properly*I really REALLY tried to like this lash salon.. I paid a little over 200 dollars for a “volume lash” full set. First off, I asked for the cat eye shape.. upon leaving I looked and saw that they were definitely NOT cat eye, but more so doll eye (in case you don’t know cat eye is shorter in the inner corner, gradually getting longer, and longest on the outer corner. However, doll eye is short in the inner corner, longest in the middle, and shorter to longer from the outer middle to outer corner – so completely different looks) ALSO there were absolutely NO fans in my volume set. Maybe they should learn lash terminology. What i received and paid over $200 for was a classic set advertised as a volume set. False advertising. THEN, my appointment was at 1:00 pm. After paying and leaving I checked my phone and saw they were advertising 50% off full sets beginning at the time my appt began.. pretty rude not to tell me and/or give me the discount. The next day, I messaged them to let them know I was unsatisfied with my lashes. They got me back in a few days later to “fix them” and instead I received the same shape as the first time just extremely long. NOW I have an eye infection in one eye. My lash tech, here where I live, did my fill today and let me know that the infection is most likely from the extremely long classics they applied, as with classics, you do not want to attach such long lashes because they are too heavy for each individual lash and cause pulling, tugging, ripping out of natural lashes, thus leading to irritation/infection. Disclaimer: I wash my extensions twice daily with a lash extension wash, so it definitely was not due to them being dirty or anything.At this point I wish I could get my money back. $200+ dollars for incorrect shape, incorrect application, AND an eye infection. Long story short – DO NOT go here. The website & their insta may draw you in.. but you can’t always read a book by it’s cover. Save yourself the time, stress, and pain, and go somewhere that actually knows what they are doing – and most likely their costs will actually be cheaper/closer to the norm, as Luxe’s prices are outrageous. I love that you can schedule an appointment online. She is always on time and always so kind. Space is very clean and open and staff is kind as well. HIGHLY recommend if you love having your eyebrows threaded.
