I hate giving poor reviews, but unfortunately I feel I need to in this case so that others can decide if going here is worth the risk of losing lashes. First off let me say that the place is cute and the lash artist was very nice. She used good products and the fans she made for volume lashes were great, however, when she finished, almost all my lashes were glued together at the base. When I voiced my concern about this, she scheduled me to come in the next day. The next day she spent 30 minutes working on un-sticking my lashes but I was still left with many lashes stuck together. Because so many lashes were still stuck together, as they started growing out, they ended up pulling a lot of additional lashes out. It’s now time for a fill (three weeks since getting them done) and I’ve probably lost at least a third of my natural lashes. I went here because they had good reviews, but I didn’t pay attention to how old most of the reviews were. Something has obviously changed between the time of all these good reviews and now. I would not go back here and I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their lashes. There are many other lash artists to choose from that won’t damage your natural lashes.

Traci is the absolute best!! I have been getting lash extensions for 4 years and before I started coming to Luxe Lash Studio (about a year ago), I used to have to get my lashes done every 2 weeks. Now I only have to get them done every 3 weeks and I get so many compliments! Even right before I am about to get them done again. Plus Traci is basically a therapist, she is so fun to chat with during appointments. Definitely recommend!!

I have been going to Traci for almost 2 years now and she is absolutely AMAZING! I have recommended around 15+ of my friends and clients to go to her because of how much I trust her and her work! Not to mention,every single one of them has loved her just as much as I do! She has a beautiful, clean, very well kept studio in Dana point. She works with her daughter who she has personally trained herself so I would without a doubt trust her daughter as well! She is so fairly priced for the work she does, I would never go anywhere else!
