Being her first time she asked multiple questions and even text her a few nights and Morgan was extremely helpful! I would recommend this to anyone! Absolutely love this place!! After having my lashes done a few times at another salon in Pensacola & being unhappy with the results, I’m so glad I found Luxe! Everyone is incredibly friendly & the salon is stunning and super clean. Linda is absolutely amazing & she really caters to your preference of lash style! The quality/Linda’s technique is so good my lashes still look great even at 3 weeks! Also I must add…they have the most comfortable chairs EVER! 🙂 I won’t be going anywhere else! 5 stars all around!!!

I really wanted to like this lash studio, and it seems like I’m the odd one out from the reviews. I got a lift and tint with the December special before leaving for vacation, and I’m just waiting for all my eyelashes to fall out because there’s nothing else I can do. 2 stars because booking was easy and everyone was very friendly.

I almost hesitate to write this review because I know it’s only a matter of time before the word is out and it becomes impossible to get a booking! Linda and the whole team are so talented with lash extensions – their work literally transforms your face. Their online self-service booking system is key for a schedule-oriented Type A like me. They do a great job of sending appointment reminders and get you in and out on time. The salon is very clean and I love their feminine decor. It’s such a welcoming atmosphere that it feels like an hour of relaxation rather than something to just check off your to-do list.

Morgan has done my lashes a few times now and I absolutely love them! She has an eye for detail and always makes sure everything is comfortable for me the entire time! She has also given me a lash tint and lift as well as a brow tint and lamination. All of her services have been excellent and I will always go to her! This place is very cute and is always clean. Love it!

Elizabeth is the women for the job! She made my experience getting my lashes done relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish! After months of dissatisfaction with corporate establishments and monthly memberships with no flexibility in products and glue that left my eyes irritated, contacts burning and stinging most mornings. I now have a whole new lease on waking up with no irritation or a bed full of lashes. They last two weeks easily and I am avid boater and beach bum. Thank you for making my days a little easier being able to focus on what’s important and leaving my lashes and brows to the best of the best!!!

Love the Luxe experience. Comfortable reclining chairs with fluffy, furry pillows and blankets(so no difficulty getting up at the end). Uniquely elegant, yet fun vibe. Melisa does a fantastic job with my lashes and brow tinting, and I love her personality. One of my favorite spots in Pensacola for self-pampering.

I have been getting my lashes done here with Heidi. My fiancé and I moved here and it took me a while to find someone I trust and like. She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. Morgan was incredible! I have had many lash lifts and tints at other places and have always left with some dissatisfaction of the outcome or process. Morgan’s eye for perfection is refreshing and this was the first time I didn’t have any burning, itching, or watering from the fumes. Even the care instructions afterwards was amazing. Such a pleasant experience. Morgan was so sweet, knowledgeable, talented -and she made my day. Thank you Morgan!
