I had an appointment and when I got there no one was there. I stood out front and waited for quite a while thinking they were just running late. Another lady came up and she also had an appointment for the same time. We stood and waited together. We then walked next door to the clinic that is owned by the same people and explained that we had appointments next door and requested that they call the other office to find out what is going on. She called and we were told to come back at two o’clock. No one ever gave a courtesy call beforehand. I explained that I drove from Valrico for a ten o’clock appointment and could not just hang around until two o’clock. I requested a call back and reschedule. This happened several weeks ago and no one has called me back yet. I have waited patiently before making this review. I don’t understand why I was treated so awful. I have been a customer for lip filler and facial and even spent several hundred dollars on face products. I feel this was done deliberately because the week before I missed my appointment due to having car problems and forgot to call because I was overwhelmed that day from being stranded on the side of the road. When I was informed that I forgot my appointment and I then explained what was going on I could feel the tension over the phone. No understanding or empathy at all. Later I found out there was a problem that occurred that had nothing to do with me but was probably used against me. Not professional. No concern for the way I had been treated. Horrible customer service. Beware!!

This spa is drop dead gorgeous! Lakeland needed this! I heard about the IV therapy lounge and weight loss program so I decided to visit. I was impressed with the services and my results. They offer so many services I can not decide which one I want first. However I signed up for the e-Matrix skin tightening treatment and look forward to the IV therapy. I have referred one friend for CO2 and her face looks amazing after one week after the treatment! It took about 10 yrs off her face already. I will write another review for those services as well. I highly recommend this spa!

I highly recommend everyone to go to the spa. I have been to several different places and no one can wax my eyebrows like they can. I have extremely light colored yet bushy eyebrows and my daughter teased me about them all the time, but no more because even she is amazed at how great they look. I have received other compliments on them as well, which has really lifted my self confidence. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the overall experience was awesome!

I had a baby 11 months ago and put on a lot of weight. I have tried multiple weight loss medications, along with exercise and nothing seemed to work. I was referred to Luxe by an existing client of theirs for their weight loss infusion. I have been having the infusion for about 2 months now and the results are amazing. I totally recommend Luxe Lakeland Med Spa to any and everyone . They treat everyone like family and give you a great experience. I have a history of migraines and no medication hardly ever works for me but when I tried the Migraine relief and Rehydration Iv Infusions they worked 100 % for me. I have not had a headache since I started the Iv Infusions. They have different Iv Infusions to choose from and I will defintely recommend all of them. Call them now and schedule an appointment . I promise you will be satisifed .

Do NOT go here! Dr issar has zero clue what she is doing and her husband “DR” issar isn’t license due to it being taken away yet he still works here. Two separate friends have seen her one for a regular dr appt and one for filler. In one appt she broke HIPPA laws and in the other she botched this poor girls filler.
