This was one of the poorest pedicures I have ever received. My daughter paid for the more expensive pedicure and it was extremely sub par. The owner did my pedicure. The massage portion was so minimal and she did almost nothing on my second leg. When steaming the legs she did not bother to even wrap the entire lower legs to the feet. Instead she just placed the steamed towel on the front of each leg and a dry towel over that and walked away. The nail polish application was OK but not outstanding. Several nails looked as though they has been done a few weeks ago, since the polish was not applied close to the cuticle. She did not even mention that the chairs were massage chairs until almost the end of the pedicure. Overall there was an attitude which did not reflect a high level of customer service. The atmosphere was certainly not that of a spa, even though the price was and the name of this establishment included the word spa. We were not even offered a glass of water. I was uncomfortable saying anything while there, since this was my daughter’s Mother’s Day gift to me. Once in the car, I asked her what were her thoughts about her pedicure. They were very similar. Neither do us will ever return.

PERFECTION! Love this place – not pretentious, just nice, clean, friendly ladies. My friends and I have been going here for years. They stick to their appointments and always on time. If I make an appointment, I hate when a “walk-in” is taken and then I have to wait 15 minutes. Luxe does NOT do this. Nicole has added a lovely spot to find some unique gifts and cards – – ALWAYS LOVE GOING IN HERE. Nicole and Luxe have added a nice touch to our downtown.

Love, love this place! This is our go to nail salon and spa . We have had 2 wedding parties celebrations there in the past couple of years and I have to say the staff was the BEST! Very helpful helpful with details.

Paid 41 dollars to get gel polish on regular nails yesterday. Looks like I got em done two weeks ago.. extremely uneven and looks horrible only good thing was the color and that was old and the end of the bottle so is peeling already completely dissatisfied

I have been going to Luxe every Spring and Summer since moving to Topsfield. I recently moved to Danvers and decided I would stay local and try a different nail salon. BIG MISTAKE!! I will never go to any other place again except Luxe. Their customer service is amazing, the shop hip and very clean, and my toes always look fabulous.
