I texted Amy Barker during my visit to South Bend, after reading her reviews online. I was limited on time (just passing through for a couple of weeks) & thankfully, she had availability for the day I needed. She was super personable (without being over the top), was attentive, listened to what I wanted & absolutely knocked it out of the park! She layered my long hair, blended my choppy bangs & gave me the best bayalage color I’ve ever gotten. On top of that, she was totally reasonable in her prices. I came to Luxe looking for some consistency, as I had not been able to find a stylist that did well with red coloring or cutting curly hair. Nidia, to this day, continues to blow by mind. Overall this salon just has a great vibe. You can tell the owner takes great pride in her work and really appreciates the staff. Which translates into the services you receive. I’d HIGHLY recommend anyone in the salon.

My hair has always been messed up with other artist but with Gavin he takes my skin tone into consideration and gives me the right color.
