I made an appointment 3 days in advance and when running late notified my hairstylist at least five to six hours ahead of time and was told she could accommodate me. I mention I would arrive at 3:15. She mentioned she have one lady ahead of me and was getting a blowout needless to say 35 to 40 minutes passed and I’m still waiting I mentioned I was going to run to UPS to drop off a box but when I came back she had another person in her chair I asked how long will this take she mentioned 15 to 20 minutes depending if she likes it I said well if it’s going to take that long then I’ll go somewhere else but thank you Miss Felicia for your time. Needless to say this was a stereotype situation I’ve got service there before at least three times and have been very pleased maybe I just caught this particular stylist on a bad day but it goes without saying don’t take on more than what you can handle cuz you never know who is walking out the door…
