Elizabeth is unaccommodating and patronizing. For some reason, she was uncomfortable with the appointment that I scheduled and found her way to my person cell phone to text me all the reasons why my scheduling that appointment was a bad decision. She put me in a position where I literally had to agree to cancel, but it was unnecessary. I don’t have to defend myself to anyone in this way. My only goal was to schedule an appointment. That should be good enough. I did not expect to have to go back and forth with her to decide whether or not I made the right choice. I know exactly what appointment I scheduled. I should never have to explain myself to that level. When I schedule an appointment other places, I have complete professionalism and respect without any pressure to change my appointment preferences. I will never try to work with Luxe Hair Salon anywhere after this unnecessary drama that was forced upon me and stole precious time out of my day where I could have been addressing a professional company and professional stylist without any push back. Never again will they waste my time.
