Krystal is the only person I trust with my haircuts and balayage, so it was a no-brainer to have her as part of my wedding! As the bride, she did my hair extensions, hair style, and makeup. She also worked on other people in my bridal party, including my mom, and her team did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids. I can’t say enough amazing things about Krystal. She won’t let you leave until you’re happy, which, in my experience, is always satisfied the first time around.

I have cancer and I had extensions in that I had to have redone. I went to Krystal after seeing her Instagram page and hair colors that she did that looked great. She assured me she could do my hair and redo my extensions and that they would come out much better. My extensions looked great but then we needed to match my color of my real hair that has been growing in after losing it from chemo. Krystal seemed very confident she could do the job. After the first time of trying to match my hair my hair didn’t come out right and she ran out of time and just said it was gonna be a process because of what my old hairdresser did. I was very upset with my hair the color was not what I wanted but she said we had to wait so it wouldn’t be damaged. She charged me $245 for a job that I was not happy with at all. People told me not to go back to her but I did not thinking she was going to charge me again. I go back to her three weeks later and she charged me $265 in my hair is red and orange. She told me it’s a process still blaming my old hairdresser and saying to come back in two weeks. She had also cut my real hair to blend it a bit which is the worst haircut over my extensions. A few people saw the color of my hair in the last week since she did it and could not get over it. When I tell you it is horrible it absolutely is. It is red it is orange. I went to two different salons getting their opinion before deciding to write to her and ask her if she would refund me because I refused to go back to her because she obviously does not know what she is doing. She told me she does not feel comfortable refunding me. I have to get my hair fixed with somebody else and all they can do is tone it because she absolutely destroyed my hair. I paid almost $600 for my hair to be nowhere with her and look horrible. Now I have to pay somebody else to fix it. Please keep in mind I am a stage four cancer patient whose hair just started growing back. She destroyed my real hair. I once had beautiful hair and it was very Trumatic to lose my hair. It’s very traumatic having stage for terminal cancer to begin with. Now I spent all this money do you only have to spend more. And then have my hairdresser tell me she doesn’t feel comfortable refunding me. All I asked her was for the 265 back. I would never use Krystal at Luxe salon.
