I have never been disappointed. There are even more services that I am planning on trying. I couldn’t be more impressed with the cleanliness of the shop, especially now during the COVID-19 pandemic. Wow, Luxe Beauty Bar is truly a gem to the Gilroy community! It is your one stop shop for all your beauty needs. I have gotten countless number of tans by Alexis, lash extensions and lift done by both Alexis and Lauren, my hair done by multiple hair stylists, and teeth whitening!! Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis is a review for brow lamination lady’sMy only problem was with my brow lamination appointment. They posted on their instagram their spooky specials so i decided I’d give their 50$ brow lamination a try! It took 5 days to book my appointment through dm. When my appointment came she canceled due to family, which is very understandable since I am a teen mom. Once my next appointment came.. she wasn’t there, said she was out of town and had no idea about our appointment! She offered to give me a 10$ discount off of the original price!!! So on top of her not being professional she wasn’t honoring the spooky special even though it wasn’t my fault and she probably won’t take off the 10$ from the spooky special!! I would try anywhere but this place for a brow lamination. Seems like they make enough money to not want too keep their booked appointments.Pro- This place is very nice inside and clean, lady that greeted me was very nice and welcoming.
