I purchased a Groupon in June for a full set of eyelash extensions plus a fill. I was thrilled to find the service at such a great value as I have an upcoming special event and wanted my lashes done in advance. When I contacted the Luxe Beauty Bar to schedule the appointment I was advised that they would not honor the Groupon. The merchant said that she cancelled the offer and that I needed to contact Groupon for a refund. I’m not sure why you would select a platform such as Groupon and offer your services only to refuse to honor the voucher when presented for fulfillment. I now have to try and find someone else to provide the service in time for the special event. Luxe Beauty Bar did offer an upscale to perform the service for twice the cost of what I paid for the Groupon.
