I left w/ 2 inch roots which were not lifted before the rest of my hair. The volume was clearly not the correct volume to process. I have never experienced this before. I expressed that it was not processed and was told I would need two more sessions to lift my light brown hair I get highlighted every month. I’m going back to Trevor at Bungalow. There must have been some confusion when I called back to express this atrocity. The owner then left a hateful voicemail yesterday, harassing me in response to my review. Wow. Very tasteful salon.

HIGHLY recommend this salon! Nicole is a color and styling genius – she is truly gifted. And the other stylists appear to be just as talented – everyone that leaves Luxe looks gorgeous! The salon itself is beautiful and the atmosphere is inviting and friendly (absolutely no snootiness here). If you are looking for expert stylists that are consistent, use the finest products, and make feel like a million bucks – this is your salon!!

I have been to this salon several times and have always been so impressed. The front of house is always so quick to greet me and offer one of the many beverages they have; including beer and wine! All the stylists are so talented. Nicole gave me the best men’s cut I’ve ever had. Kelli is incredible with eyebrow shaping. The attention to detail at this salon does not go unnoticed. It was quick to become my favorite salon in Fayetteville!

She has done a fantastic job, and when I walk in she is prompt and ready for my scheduled time (I am very particular about this because I value my time, and expect people to value it as well). When I walk in everyone is very friendly, will offer me a beverage, and by the time I sit down she is ready for me. I have gone to Carolina for my last 3 men’s haircuts. She has done a fantastic job, and when I walk in she is prompt and ready for my scheduled time (I am very particular about this because I value my time, and expect people to value it as well). When I walk in everyone is very friendly, will offer me a beverage, and by the time I sit down she is ready for me. Nicole is the best with color and cuts in the area. It took me years to find someone who really listened when I told them how to do my hair. Since I’ve been going to see Nicole she has never messed up my hair. Her prices are the best in the area for her services. And I have been with her for 7 years now…that speaks volumes for a hair salon/stylist! I recommend Luxe to everyone looking for a new stylist or salon.
