They don’t let you try hair on. Can only buy wig off of mannequin. Purchased a wig and wanted to exchange it same day but they wouldn’t allow. Other hair stores at least let you exchange same day. Covid is no excuse as we can even try clothes on now adays again as Covid is basically normalized. So why don’t hair stores allow us to try them on before buying the hair again! Rip off. This stuff cost too much to not be satisfied! Should’ve brought this wig online as I intended. Worst hair store!

I brought the Wild growth hair oil for a co worker September 17,2021Friday, we looked under the bottom of the bottle and it had a triangle on it so I looked under a old bottle an their was nothing so we went to the internet and it had a ⚠ warning caution if you see a then it’s fake product. I went back to show Ms. Grace and her daughters September 21,2021Tuesday they said (No Refund, No Exchange) an they know about the internet ⚠ warning if I had a problem with the product call the company, I replied back you need to pray and hope nobody’s hair fall’s out. No date on makeup, hair products, the hair and wigs are on the internet as a warning wear they order by the dozen an it’s sitting in the boxes . Play it smart order your own make the change in your life then we don’t have to worry about not getting our refund ☺ ☺ ☺

Fantastic selection, best I’ve ever seen, but I am turned off by the fact that they do not sell wigs new in the package. Yes, you read that right. You can only purchase the demo wigs…and at full price! Both my daughter and I left wigs that we wanted in the store, because they refused to sell the new ones available in stock. Tragic!
