The hair quality is beyond (seriously I’ve used about all kinds of hair extensions are the quality hair is better than I’ve ever tried). Critical: ProfessionalismDO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! ALL MY HAIR WAS GONE AFTER GETTING EXTENSIONS. I got my extensions put in by Brittany April 10th, which I later found out that she was fairly new working here, I was very happy the first day with how the extensions looked but I did feel tightness. I expressed my problem with Brittany and she said it was normal for it to feel like this for the first few days truth is it wasn’t. I started seeing bumps on my head. See pictures below.Once my hair needed to be washed the top extension was very noticeable. My hair is very thin so putting a line so high up was not a good idea. I would assume a hair extension expert would know that when working with someone with thin hair. It was noticeable and so embarrassing having to go out like this. Number one rule with extensions you don’t want them to show!!!!! It was so upsetting After paying 750 Plus 40 dollar tip …of course I expressed this with them. I spoke with Tia and she got me in a couple days after to fix this. She lowered the line and un tightened the beads for me. I found out by her that Brittany was new which made me feel like my initial installation wasn’t perfected, someone should have been there with her and maybe we could have avoided all of that. I didn’t get an apology…nothing…. but I didn’t care. my head felt SO RELIEVED I was ok…..I did much better after that. At this point I felt like the initial problem was just a bad first installation by Brittany. Came back 1 month later for maintenance…. 300 dollars expensive but Everything was ok. 1 month later I came in for removal and this was DISASTER day. My hair was gone and In really bad shape. I lost it. I was in tears and they were not understanding. They blamed my hair loss on the color of my hair which I knew was just an excuse and not true. I was refusing to pay 90 dollars for removal after all of this… this was traumatizing for me… I had no hair and the blame was on me! I spoke to Tia…She put me on the phone with someone..I guess it was her boss and all they cared about was the 90 dollars that I now had to pay …they called the cops. I stood by. I did end up paying the removal service but this was by far one of the worst experiences ever. Do your research please.I wanted to leave a review on their page but they BLOCKED ME which I found so unprofessional. Again, please do your research and think twice before coming here.
