Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismThe masseuse’s were amazing and very polite and a delight to be around. However, the older man that works as the receptionist was rude and demanded a 40%tip in a very rude manner. I was caught off guard and asked the man what he meant by that 40% tip and he pointed at a sign and said this is the tip rate here .The sign he pointed to said 90min session =30$ tip and a 60 mins session =20$. I had purchased two massages that day for myself and my girlfriend. The total was almost close to 200$ and the older man was unsatisfied with the tip we already have given the masseuses which was appreciated by the masseuses that we had. The cost of the tip (if required) should be included in the price of the massage as gratitude is what the consumer deems appropriate, not the institution. The man was a very big disappointment… this was my first time at this place and Ultimately will be my last. Positive: Professionalism, QualityMy first full body professional massage. We went in for a couples massage, I got the sweetish massage and it felt good. They use amazing warm rocks that continue to relax the muscles when they move on to other areas of the body.

They were very attentive to our issues and applied very detailed methods to the muscles and tendons. They were very professional and experienced in traditional massage techniques. They were very attentive to our issues and applied very detailed methods to the muscles and tendons. They were very professional and experienced in traditional massage techniques. The shop was very clean and had a great relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend both massusses and the shop.
