I LOVE, going to Lux Tan and Cryotherapy. I’m a 2x bodybuilding world champion and after injuring my back in March, I was looking for a solution to get back into competition quickly. Lux Tan and Cryotherapy offered me that solution. I do cryotherapy 3 to 4 times a week prior to my workout for energy, weight loss, fat burning and back pain relief. I do it after my workout for improving my mood and to reduce anxiety. It helps with muscle healing as well as reducing inflammation. They also offer compression therapy which I do as well. This treatment helps increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, reduces pain! It can also help speed up recovery from injuries and increase flexibility.
