The customer service is pretty cut throat and not very welcoming. It feels exclusive and a bit intimidating. My friends eyebrows weren’t balanced evenly after coming here. That being said, this is the only place in town to get your eyebrows threaded. Its better then waxing because it lasts longer and the outcome is a little bit sharper.
