Critical: Quality, ValueThis was my go-to place before COVID. Took my daughter the other day for manis/pedis. Felt very rushed for no reason. There were was only one other customer in there at the time. Felt more like an “assembly line” rather than a relaxing time. The worse part was, the next day both our nail polish jobs were chipping. For the price, this will no longer be my go-to place. I would rather pay a bit more someplace else for a more relaxing experience and where I can keep my nail polish on for more than just one day. This was my go-to place before COVID. Took my daughter the other day for manis/pedis. Felt very rushed for no reason. There were was only one other customer in there at the time. Felt more like an “assembly line” rather than a relaxing time. The worse part was, the next day both our nail polish jobs were chipping. For the price, this will no longer be my go-to place. I would rather pay a bit more someplace else for a more relaxing experience and where I can keep my nail polish on for more than just one day. Very disappointing.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThis place is absolutely horrible. I will NEVER go back. I should’ve listened to other people when they told me to not go here. I got my eyebrows done a day before a big event and she ripped my skin off under both eyebrows. It was to the point where touching them was an unbearable pain. When I left they were just extremely red and I thought it would be fine the next day, NOPE. The next day the skin was so burned off that it was raw and bloody. It was so painful and for the record I always get my eyebrows done (obviously not here) and I’ve never had this happen. I went here because my eyebrow lady was on vacation. This place is absolutely horrible. I will NEVER go back. I should’ve listened to other people when they told me to not go here. I got my eyebrows done a day before a big event and she ripped my skin off under both eyebrows. It was to the point where touching them was an unbearable pain. Critical: QualityI am VERY disappointed they never asked for what shape I wanted and when I told them coffin they said ok and then gave me rounded. They have poor customer service. They rush if they have clients after you. I am VERY disappointed they never asked for what shape I wanted and when I told them coffin they said ok and then gave me rounded. They have poor customer service. They rush if they have clients after you. The nails are left crooked and when you tell them to fix it they tell you it’s not their fault it’s because your finger is crooked.
