I had an amazing experience at Lux salon! I got a cut and full highlight by Zoe. She was absolutely wonderful and I can’t recommend her enough! I went in with dry, grown out blonde hair, with split ends, and lots of frizz. Zoe listened to exactly what I wanted, made suggestions, and reaffirmed my vision for my hair. She was so nice, I loved chatting with her while she worked. She delivered what I envisioned but better!

My Stylist at Lux Salon and Spa is Zoe. She is great at her styling abilities, very friendly, on time and just an all around fun stylist. This Salon in Folsom is amazing everyone there is friendly and it is a great relaxing atmosphere. Best salon I have found. I highly recommend this Salon. Plus they use Eufora products which leave your hair in amazing condition. Love this Salon.

Update: I went to another stylist who fixed my haircut and color from Jessica. That stylist said that the length on the right side was a full inch longer than the left side. Completely unacceptable. Jessica gave such a choppy cut, no blending, no style. Very sloppy and rushed.

Loved this salon! Got my hair done and it was just what I asked for. On a side note, I happened to go the same day there were a lot of senior proms going on….just sitting here I saw some stylists helping out some girls with their hair when their other stylist at another location cancelled. Definitely shows they care about their clients! (Oh, and they didn’t try to sell me tons of product 🙂 which is always nice!)

Awesome receptionists! I was donating my hair for the first time and when I arrived the receptionist I had talked to on the phone had researched and printed out all this information and choices to donate to. She pretty much did all the work for me. I had stylus Caitlin Fox. Caitlin was so knowledgeable and talented. She listened to what I wanted and got it exactly.. actually even better! She was the perfect perfectionist and I felt like she treated my hair like it was her own. Absolutely awesome experience.

Got a hair cut by Jessica and it was great! Very luxurious. You could spend the whole day in this salon. They have a nail area with big cozy blankets and pillows to lounge with while you get your toes done, they have a massage therapist and esthetician. All in 1 spot!
