I recently moved to town and came to Lux for a trim as I do every 8 weeks. I waited for 20 minutes for my scheduled appointment. My stylist seemed to be under the weather, as she was coughing during the appointment. I told this stylist that I was growing my hair out for my wedding next year and I just wanted a trim to keep it healthy, no layers. Without asking, this stylist completely over thinned my hair. It is now half its natural thickness, uneven, and much shorter. I am not one to be dramatic about a hair cut, I live by the motto “hair grows,” but I am devastated. I will now most likely be getting extensions for my wedding, an expense I had not considered before as my hair was growing out thick and healthy prior to this cut. I will not be returning to this salon and would not recommend this stylist.

Over all great services. There’s some product for sale as well from the Ladies of Lux. Call and make an appointment, they’re very flexible and will stay later if you need a late appointment. Also Saturday is by appointment only. Still, a fantastic team and great work by everyone here.
