Critical: Professionalism, QualityWe paid for a 1 hour couples massage. After laying there for 40 minutes with them coming in and out they finally started the massage. But the door kept being opened with other customers there. There was at least one child running around interrupting our massage also. The lady that was doing my husband’s massage was maybe in there for a total of 15 minutes (he was watching the time) during our one hour massage. We paid for a 1 hour couples massage. After laying there for 40 minutes with them coming in and out they finally started the massage. But the door kept being opened with other customers there. There was at least one child running around interrupting our massage also. The lady that was doing my husband’s massage was maybe in there for a total of 15 minutes (he was watching the time) during our one hour massage. Nothing about this place was professional.

Critical: ProfessionalismI was pretty disappointed today with my service. I made appointment for an hour and they asked me to do 30-45 when i got there but with gift certificate i had to do an hour. The masseuse left every time a door chime went off and often door was not fully closed and was cracked open. The masseuse excused themselves for ten minutes and then said she would make time up at end for free. She then told she was not feeling well and with covid that is not great to hear after close contact. I was very sympathetic and said no need to make up time she needed to rest and get better and figured we would both cut our losses, my ten minutes plus all the ins and outs prior but then she asked me for her tip. I am known to be a very generous tipper but with this experience and thinking gift certificate covered tip i was taken a back.
