Horrible experience. Full disclosure, we were late for our appointment. We caught the train. But we made clear if they couldn’t take us it was fine or that we could just do one service to make up for the time. They insisted they could do both mani and pedi still. Horrible work. My nails were not cut down or filed nicely, steps were missed during the gel process and my cuticles were not clipped properly. My mom’s mani and pedi was even worse. My heels are still rough as well. This is the mist scornful nail shop I’ve been to and by far the worst. Do yourself a favor and save your money. I could have done a better job myself

the lady that did my nails didn’t know what she was doing. she was very funny and entertaining but said she was a professional. i showed her a picture of nails of how i wanted them and she didn’t do them like how i wanted at all! i just got them done 4 days ago and ones already broken but the cuticle. also my nails are uneven and discombobulated!! very over price for not good work!!!

I use to be a huge fan but the last two times I’ve gone have not been worth it and will never go back. My acrylics were started by someone who isn’t experienced, making the refill so lumpy, thick, and uneven. Someone else had to take over but the damage was done and the nails look terrible. I spent the first week digging the leftover acrylic out from under the nail and the pedicure wasn’t much better. The gentlemen that assisted me only put a single coat of polish on my toes and literally pushed me out of the chair the minute he was done. I spent a lot of money that day for terrible service. Will never go back.

This place was excellent! The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They have a huge color selection, and did a great job on both the manicure and the pedicure. They also tracked me down to return a wallet that fell put of my backpack outside of their location. Great folks. Would recommend 100%.

I went with my boyfriend and we each had manis & pedis. The nail techs got us in quickly even though we didn’t have an appointment. The entire experience was great. Right before we left, I messed my nail up and without hesitation they fixed it. This place really seems to pride themselves on perfection. I highly recommend checking this place out!! I wish I could give this nail salon more stars! The time and perfection they spent on my nails was above and beyond. I went with my boyfriend and we each had manis & pedis. The nail techs got us in quickly even though we didn’t have an appointment. The entire experience was great. Right before we left, I messed my nail up and without hesitation they fixed it. The prices are a little more expensive than what is competitive and I was very disappointed by the massage. I paid $55 for my pedicure and the massage was maybe 7 minutes, half of which was just rubbing lotion on my calves. The friend that went with me said her massage wasn’t good either. After they finished the dip, I noticed that the color matched my skin tone and just did not look good. It was my fault for picking the wrong color for myself, but the ladies at Lux noticed I wasn’t satisfied with it and offered to re-do it for me! They were so sweet and nice, and they really wanted to make sure I left happy with my nails and the color. Lynn is awesome and took the time to make sure everything was done properly and never once complained about redoing my nails. These are very sweet and hard-working people. My nails look excellent and perfectly done! Thank you ladies for an awesome mani and pedi. After they finished the dip, I noticed that the color matched my skin tone and just did not look good. It was my fault for picking the wrong color for myself, but the ladies at Lux noticed I wasn’t satisfied with it and offered to re-do it for me!
