Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been going here well over 2 years now. Today was the worst! I hadn’t been gone 20 min and my nails began to peel, I paid 70$. I went back to the shop to change the color, bc I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. Victor refused to let me change the nail color, the only “new color” option was clear. Not only did he refuse a new color, I also asked for at least half of my money back and at that moment he asked me to never return to the establishment. I never raised my voice or neither was rude. I’ve been going here well over 2 years now. Today was the worst! I hadn’t been gone 20 min and my nails began to peel, I paid 70$. I went back to the shop to change the color, bc I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. Victor refused to let me change the nail color, the only “new color” option was clear. Critical: QualityVery disappointed. I went in 2 weeks ago and got a fill done the design I got was awesome and when I left after 2 hours my nails looked great. The next day I took a shower and 4 of the 6 black nails bubbled up and eventually peeled off. I called and went in this past weekend to have them fix them..after I explain I thought it could be product issue I was told that it’s not a possibility as they redid the nail color application several times because it was peeling off already…after they finally got the product to stick they sent me on my way. The very next day the polish did the same thing. I will not be going back again I am extremely disappointed.Update.Tried calling back but was told that I wasn’t supposed to call…i asked if you wanted me to come in and get them fixed you told me no and hung up.Services: Nail art, Acrylic nails, Gel manicuresVery disappointed. Very disappointed. I went in 2 weeks ago and got a fill done the design I got was awesome and when I left after 2 hours my nails looked great. The next day I took a shower and 4 of the 6 black nails bubbled up and eventually peeled off.
