I have very mixed feelings about this place. At the end of the services, I left with beautiful, well done nails. I made an appointment but felt rushed. The tech kept fussing at me to relax, and that made it more difficult to relax. I’m not sure if the worker was acting out of character or having a bad day, but it left me with a bad feeling when I saw them spank the bull dogs. I was originally drawn to go there by the beautiful pictures of nails and the bull dogs that chill there.

The lady who did my pedicure was nice and professional. Steven was great! He was hands on and patient with me (this is why I would like to give them another chance) the nail tech, Tina was so rude. I hate to stipulate as to why but when she was switching with another associate she didn’t speak to me. Then as she was doing my nails she had an attitude and did not talk to me the entire time unless I asked her a question which was more of an aggressive response. She didn’t do the design I wanted she just polished it with glitter. I felt so uncomfortable and after she was done, she said “I’m done” and that was it! After all this I still left her & the other tech a 20% tip. I’m leaving this review because it is important for everyone to feel comfortable when they visit places regardless of personal opinions or what you “expect” them to do or be like. I hope Steven takes this and let it be a valuable lesson to her. He has a nice salon and she is the reason I don’t think I will come back.

I made an appointment here to get a new dip color. I walked into the salon with nicely shaped nails past the tips of my fingers. I walked out with an absolute mess that cost $50 which I now have to go somewhere else and pay to get fixed in addition to waiting months before my nail growth is back. Needless to say, I would not return.

I see Joanne every couple of weeks for powder dip over my natural nails and she is very sweet and super meticulous. I value her opinion about best treatment, colors and designs. Me (yes me), and my wife and daughter showed up on a Sunday close to opening and the owners found a way to fit us in when they were short staffed. A pedi for my wife while my daughter got a mani before going back to college. Many people walked in after and we’re turned away. I noticed the owners stepping in to help. Everyone seems happy and it was my first pedi and coming from a man’s POV it was relaxing and a great time to bond with my girls.

I love this place. However, this day that I came with my daughter, I was moved from one chair to the next, to the next, and next chair without any explanation nor apology. I waited with my daughter for over two hours without attendance. I have a very important function to attend to and my husband and other children were outside waiting as well.
