this was the worst place to go for a gel manicure an the girl that did my nails did not know what she was doing and ruined my nails and i will never go back there again. she used nails remover and wrapped my nails in cotton and foil and when she took it off she ground the polish off my nails cause the remover she used did not remove the polish and made them so thin they are cracking and breaking off. she couldnt speak english good and had to have other people tell her what to do. I will never ever go back to them. they are horrible.

Place is clean. Technicians are nice and polite. Everything is sanitized which is a key to successful business and returning customers. One thing I am disappointed is that they don’t have much choice for nail art at all. However, my girl Hana did an extremely well job on my gel mani and pedi. She took her time and took care of my manicure very very well.

My usual place of nail work and very happy. They are clean, and use good quality colors. I recommend calling in advance to schedule an appointment as Walk ins seem to be hit or miss. Pricing is reasonable.

my experience here was horrible. first, we waited for over an hour to get our nails done(and it wasn’t even busy), the person doing my nails was very aggressive, and my gel nails wouldn’t come off whole, it felt like somebody had put super glue on my nails. and i forgot to mention, we had an appointment before coming and these two young blonde girls with tank tops on came in without one and just got in! they totally are very unfair and have the worst service here. 0/10 would not recommend. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I made it to my appointment but was told they couldn’t take me. I noticed the guy who was scheduled to do my nails had just sat someone in his chair. He said I didn’t have an appointment so I asked to see the appointment book. It was visible that he had erased my name and wrote someone else’s just above where mine was. He laughed and made believe he didn’t understand what I was saying. They lost a very loyal customer. Went elsewhere

This is the only place I actually like to get my nails done at. I drive home from school (two hours) to go to lux. I absolutely love their work and the price is very reasonable. I get acrylics and gels and I’ve never been anything less than estataic!
