Critical: QualityThis is the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. I got these done on Jan 10. That same day one chipped. I went back to have it fixed. Every day since then I have had the gel chip. Not my nail at all, but the gel polish itself. It’s only been a week since I’ve had them. Such a waste of time and money. This was the third strike.Service: Gel manicures

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have been going to this salon since they opened! I see Kim and schedule an appointment every 3 weeks with her. Kim does a great job and is always willing to help me choose designs off my Pinterest board. She is also talented enough to freehand designs, which I love. I always do a dip manicure and get a pedicure and have always left happy. Be sure to check them out. I have been going to this salon since they opened! I see Kim and schedule an appointment every 3 weeks with her. Kim does a great job and is always willing to help me choose designs off my Pinterest board. She is also talented enough to freehand designs, which I love. I always do a dip manicure and get a pedicure and have always left happy. Be sure to check them out. They are the sweetest family run business.

My nail tech Kim always get my nails right!!!! I love her she is always prompt and professional and she does a FANTASTIC job!!! Any design I give her she always exceeds my expectation!!!! Critical: Quality, ValueThis new and very clean nail spa isn’t worth what they claim to be. I usually don’t write reviews like this because this nail salon was very quick with their work as well as their wait time .I had two services done in the same day (11/22/2021) and neither one of them were worth what I paid for nor the time I wasted. I first wanted a medium coffin length acrylic full set with gel polish. The older man that did my nails made my nails short when he was filing them so hard that the length I wanted was now gone. Some of my nails were sideways and lifting even when he polished them. I feel like this service was very rushed and unprofessional. Also when he went to polish the coats on my nails it was very lumpy and choppy. My pedicure service that I also paid for also was very rushed, my toe nails were with regular polish and a $30 pedicure. This pedicure Was one of the worst I’ve ever received the polish was very lumpy and streaky the nail tech had to keep putting more coats on my foot. Also the way my toenails were cut down in a sideways manner to the point where I could’ve done my toes myself rather than paying for something like this. I was very astonished when I received my total for both services which was a even total of $90 meaning the acrylic nails that were half polished and shortened to now a shorter length was worth $60, I was very upset but I did not argue I just paid my money and left the salon. Due to me hating my nails for the Thanksgiving holiday I hit one of my nails very hard and sat on another one and started missing two, which usually doesn’t happen with acrylic nails after a few days, it’s currently Sunday (11/28/21) and I removed all of the nails. Personally I don’t recommend going to this salon, I was very unsatisfied with my experience at this nail salon. I let the technician know before the manicure started that I also wanted a flower designs on my ring fingers. After finishing painting them she told me it was done and I reminded her about the design to which she said could not be done because the top coat was already put on. Another technician offered to do it but they seemed to make it an issue so I said never mind to the design.
