Had the best experience here with my MIL and her mom getting our nails done before my wedding! They were able to get us an appointment first thing in the morning the day before the wedding for manicures and pedicures. The owner Amy was really personable and sweet! The pedicures were so relaxing, I got the milk&honey treatment and my artist V was absolutely amazing! We had such a good time talking and laughing it up while she did my toes and my nails! She took my reference photo for my manicure and made it even better by doing almond shape instead of square and adding extra design! We did dip powder on my nails and they look so perfect! They finished me off with an eyebrow wax which I’ve never done before but they came out so well! They use a chocolate wax, it barely stung and there was no redness afterwards! Will definitely be coming here again and have been suggesting to all my friends! ❤️

Incredibly nice people but the service quality did not match. Pictures attached showing my nails (hard gel extensions) the day I got them versus 48 hours later, with one nail fully broken and the other cracking along the same line. I returned the next day and requested a new set, but Nikki compromised by fixing the broken nails and touching up the others free of charge, assuring me the rest should be fine. By the end of that day two other nails had broken off doing regular daily tasks (laundry & taking out the trash). It seems the woman that did them initially (didn’t get her name) did not build the apex properly for strength, hence them all breaking along that same line. They offered for me to come in and have these other nails fixed (all free of charge) but I decided it was best to cut my losses. They got me in quickly for a walk-in and seem to do a great job typically by other reviews so I might have just been an unfortunate exception; I would recommend making an appointment with Nikki if you do decide to try them out.

The BEST nail salon in the Lutz area! Beautifully remodeled, clean, super friendly staff, quick service – and SO happy with my nails.
