I had just found this place because I needed to get my nails done for gala that I’m doing this Wednesday. They were nice, fast. And very clean. Hai help me with a hanging toe nail and he made sure I was comfortable and not hurting. I will be coming back. Polish removal, Pedicure

Critical: ProfessionalismIn the previous administration of this place, there was equal treatment for all customers. I am proudly Latina, but when you go to this place you feel the contempt of the people who attend this place, how they treat you, how they look at you, as if you were going to do something to them. I only give a recommendation to the people who work there, they should look in the mirror and realize that you are also very different from the clients that you like to serve. I think they should put up a notice saying that Latino people are not welcome. I regret not being able to return to that place, because there only works a person who treats you with education and respect, his name is Yen. I made the mistake of giving someone a certificate from that place and they treated her the same way. I came in on a referral and saw a lady by the name of Yen. She was very nice hospitable took her time when giving me a pedicure she was very detail-oriented. Never once spoke in her language while giving me a pedicure. Yen made me feel so comfortable that at times I was dozing off. The place itself is superb, very cute and pleasant staff. It is also a very clean establishment. I highly recommend anyone that wants to get their nails done to give this place a try and please ask for Yen. I know I’ll be back very soon.

I love Lux Nails!! The salon is always clean and the staff is VERY friendly. I drive an hour to come here because it’s very worth it compared to other places where you pay an arm and a leg and the services were not worth the prices. I love they’re attention to detail when it comes to my nails and design. This is the go to place if you want professionalism!!

I love this salon. Nick and Trish worked very hard to update it from the precious owner and I now feel like I’m walking into a fancy spa but without the fancy prices. The prices are very reasonable, plus they give discounts for every $x you spend (can’t remember the amount). Callus removal is now standard and included in the price of the basic pedi. Warm towels are given at the end. Most importantly, Nick and Trish are the only people who have ever been able to make gel stay on my nails for 2 weeks, despite my oily nails’ finicky nature!

I would’ve given them a better review but I’m very disappointed. I had a gift card that was over a year by 10 days. It was for $30 and the pedicure I got was only $25. They said they would honor the gift card because there was no expiration date but they are typically only valid for a year. So I lost money on my gift card. And they expect a cash tip! Extremely poor way to run a business if they want return customers. I would not recommend. There are plenty of other nail places in this area.

Very nice, smaller salon. I love the atmosphere that is so relaxing and not overly crowded or loud like others.. they take time and make you feel welcomed. Staffs do great job and are very friendly.
