Really hate to have to leave this review after having had so many great experiences and recommending multiple friends and family here. But today really changed it all. I’m writing this on behalf of my sister because I know she would never, because she already had a hard enough time trying to get them to reason with her. Really long story short, her nail technician yday did a horrible job and left her dipped nails rounded, wide and bubbles. She wasn’t mad and didn’t want to embarrass the technician, so she returned to her car and called them immediately instead. Explained the situation and they agreed she would go back today to have them removed and get a full refund.

Place is very nice, clean! Been here 2x, first time was not so bad, got a manicure and it was ok, nothing to brag about. Second time I had a manicure and pedicure, let me tell you!!!! I was so mad that I paid $99 for service that I could have done a better job myself at home. I never had dry skin on my feet, I do have all the professional products at home and also my feet don’t require much since I take care of them , I just wanted to spoil myself. Love, love, love my nails! I tried this place out for the first time this weekend as it was close to home and had plenty of parking. I don’t get my nails done often (maybe once a year), but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Salon is super clean. I did a dip powder manicure with design as well as a regular pedicure. The manicure came out exactly like the inspo photo (see attached). The woman who did my nails was extremely kind and detail oriented- I do wish she paid a little more attention to the cuticles which were untouched. The pedicure was SUPER relaxing- I almost fell asleep! Price was $102 for both excluding tip. This experience makes me want to get my nails done regularly! Will be returning.

Went in for basic mani pedi with my bf. they took him right away and I sat there for 40 minutes. My feet do not look any different my legs are covered in oil and my feet are covered in dry dead skin. His nails are still super long and I feel like we just wasted over $100. She did a great job with the polish it’s perfect but that’s the only upside. These photos were post-pedi. You can clearly see they did nothing. My feet weren’t even that bad to begin with they looked exactly the same as when I went in. Minus the polish.

I got a new set of acrylics and they did a great job. The manicurist took a lot of care and effort and clearly took pride in her work. My friend got an semi intricate cherry design she had found on tiktok and they executed it flawlessly. Well priced. Good experience.

I have a medical condition where my hands sweat a bit, a random worker here was very rude and unpleasant, making constant comments and reminder of how, “wet” my hands were, saying she didn’t even want it to touch her. Very awkward. Very disrespectful. Very rude and unprofessional. Will never return and would never recommend it. Acrylic nails

I went to Lux Nails and Spa in Everett, MA, for a simple toe nail repair at 5:43pm. I broke my nail and needed a file, gel paint removal and French tip on ONE toe nail. The nail tech initially asked me what I need and I showed her my nail. She then proceeds to tell me they’re booked for the day and can’t take me. There were 5 people doing hands and two doing pedicures. I also saw one person waiting for their service. I know I was turned away because I’m a black woman. I was turned away for something that would literally take 25-30 minutes and I came almost two hours before closing. I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to anyone.
