Nails great. Everything great except communication. Couldn’t understand Holly with mask on her face. I told her I’m not sure what I want. She kept asking then said $35 or $45. Then she did a manicure which I needed but I also wanted nails. When I said something after she started painting MY nails, Johnny spoke up to help explain. He then acted mad after I was passed down to him to do nails and so did she. They were very nice to lady before me but would barely even speak to me. Will NOT go back. Don’t do RUDE customer service at all.

Had an $81.00 mani/pedi. Pedi was perfect, done by gentlemen, but manicure was a disaster. Had to get to a hair appt., so when I went back and I showed her ALL of the errors her response was “I don’t know ” as if she couldn’t, all of a sudden comprehend English and proceeded to blame my nail color, which was also used on my perfect manicure. She refused to repair!!! Never again will I go back nor do I recommend such poor service to anyone else!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! Came in for a fresh set of acrylics, good thoughts in mind. He began on my nails and started to put the thick gel, he coated and put the gel on super bulky. I asked for a coffin shape, he went to shape them and totally botched them completely. They were still fat and wide, I asked him to do them more coffin shape and I was told my nails are to difficult to do that shape on( always have coffin on my nails never an issue) he said my nail beds were fat and that’s why… I’m a 105LB girl with puny hands… it wasn’t my nails. He finally got them thinner but turned out to be a small square shape, I was over it and told him it’s fine. Towards the end he goes on to say there’s another place in town I should try next time and not come to them, he said and I quote“Your way too picky for me” then went on to argue with my about how picky I was. I left very unhappy with ugly nails, I will never go back and do NOT recommend anyone!!!!

Good thing other workers finished the pedicure after my tech barely did anything then polished my toes. No hot towels, no scrubbing and w not make shorter. My Mom and Aunt were in chairs 45 minutes at least. Me 15.

The tech with the blonde hair gave me the best pedicure, she was very detailed and gave me a wonderful massage. I got coffin ombre pink and white nails by the gentleman. He’s doing doing nails for 25 years and it shows. His work is flawless . The tech with the blonde hair gave me the best pedicure, she was very detailed and gave me a wonderful massage. I got coffin ombre pink and white nails by the gentleman. Critical: QualityThis place is very nice on the inside, and they were nice as could be, but my nail job is awful. Not shaped, uneven, very thick, and made me bleed to where my fingers hurt badly. My nails all around look awful. A male started and another female tried to fix them… but still look horribly. I paid $40 when i should have demanded for them to be free.
