This establishment was very professional and welcoming. The staff was very sweet, which helped tremendously because I’m a noticeably shy person. The set of nails I received was almost identical to the reference. I do not regularly get my nails done, but in the event I do in the future, I would likely come here.

I went to this place earlier today and left very disappointed. I showed the lady that was doing my nails a reference photo and this looked nothing like the photo. I didn’t want the nails to be red, all I did was ask her to change the black color in the original photo to red. On my pinky she didn’t even let it fully cure, so I left with multiple hairs in that nail. The lines on the design aren’t straight at all. She had cut me multiple times and said “Sorry” and then laughed about her cutting me, which I don’t see why that’s funny. If you want nails with a design in it I would definitely not recommend this place as they clearly don’t know how to do designs properly.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been coming to Lux Nails for almost a year now. Honestly? It was just supposed to be a one time thing. The regular place I went to cancelled my appointment Bc they “forgot” they had scheduled someone else . Upset I decided to go here to get what I needed done. Never left. Mathew was the first to do my nails, the next time was Molly. Molly is who I’ve stuck with since, me and her have become really good friends and I get excited to see her every two weeks. She can do anything I ask. If she’s not available I don’t hesitate to have Mathew take care of me. He is just as good. Honestly everyone there is amazing , but is women can all honestly say we have our favorites . I get my waxing done there, pedicures , nails…and after my mom going to the same nail place for 5 years I finally convinced her to come here. And she’s now converted . I will follow Mathew and Molly anywhere! I have been coming to Lux Nails for almost a year now. Honestly? It was just supposed to be a one time thing. The regular place I went to cancelled my appointment Bc they “forgot” they had scheduled someone else . Upset I decided to go here to get what I needed done. Never left. First time I went here it was alright. This time was the last time ♀️ my fingers are all chopped up and are so sore! She cut my natural nails so short that she was snipping my fingers with the nail clippers. And when she glued the tips on she use so much glue my finger tips are glue to the tips and it’s driving me crazy! And when she was filing she was being so rough she apologized after I said it hurt and then kept being rough ♀️ also their menu prices are totally wrong.
