I came in for a gel manicure and felt rushed at every turn. I don’t get my nails done often and usually it is a relaxing experience. The manicurist was very rough with the filing, cuticle care, and even the lotion. The tip of my finger was filed more than the nail. The edges of my nails are very rough and on some, very sharp. Awful. I went in with my son on my birthday. My son wanted the manicure experience but what he got was a less than five minute job. As a cosmetologist I know you rub someones hands for longer than 30 seconds each. Made me sad. The lady who did mine acted as if she was racing the clock. Cut me with file enough to draw blood. Tips were crooked. Application was bumpy. My skin was stuck to all my nails and she got polish on my wedding ring and hand and was gonna send me away like that. I am usually very unserstanding but when its just one thing after another.

Can’t speak for women who get the full nail treatment but for a quick walk-in mani pedi I’d rate it sub par. I typically go mid week. First thing. Seldom anyone there. No one ever acts like they want to be there. Older women are nice enough but the younger folks have a serious attitude. Butchered my cuticles.
