Critical: QualityI went there to get a set of nails removed and she didn’t remove all of the Mail she painted over it with the color I asked for but when I got home I realized she left some of the acrylic on the thumbs. Looks horrible! Plus she didn’t clean off the white stuff I have no idea what that is. Not very professional at all.

Critical: Quality, ValueIf I could put no stars I would..First of all I called for an appointment for 3 people. We arrived there was only two people which is fine but don’t say there are 3 available. I understand everyone is struggling because of the pandemic so that was minor. My friends and I went and they got their tips put on then it was my turn. They put the tips on and they looked like dollar tree tips. I tried to keep quiet for as long as I could and give them a chance. They cut them and they looked absolutely awful. I still stayed quiet. Then came time to file the nails..they put little to no pressure on the nails and were again using a flimsy file and the nails were breaking off. I still tried to stay quiet but when they all started lifting or breaking off I asked them to stop and I ripped the rest off. The tips were flimsy.. Their excuse was well maybe the glue is bad..did they throw the glue away? No.. I let them finish my friends and tried to be as nice as possible but I was appalled at the experience. Then came time to pay. I was treating my friends for a girls day and two sets of nails one acrylic and one gel somehow was $85? No discount for the disgraceful service? I dont know if the person doing my nails may not have had experience but you are providing a service! If you want to keep customers you don’t charge them that amount of money for nails I could have bought at the dollar store and done myself. I’m not one to write reviews but this is something that has bothered me for almost 2 weeks now so I figured it warranted a review. I’m not from the area but I want to warn everyone to stay away from this place if you can! Go someone and pay that price for quality nails! Shame on you! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueLove this salon. They try to fit you in as much as possible, and really make sure you are pleased with the results. They said yea but it didn’t match look totally different color when is was done. I did Ayricli and pedicure, I was not happy with service.
