I’ve never had acrylics so I thought it would be nice to try, the girl who did my nails was so nice and sweet. She is so good at what she does!! Me and my mom are OBSESSED with our nails, we are gonna go back for fill ins! The place is super beautiful as well!!

I made an appointment for a full set and pedicure, I asked for short/medium length acrylic nails. I was given extremely long nails and she rushed through doing them, didn’t even want my nails painted and was charged 50 dollars for horribly done acrylics that I had to go somewhere else to get fixed. Pedicure was okay looks like I did it myself though. When I asked why the nails were 50 dollars she laughed at me. Disrespectful and mediocre work. Your better off going literally anywhere else.

This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I was very happy!! My nails look great and the staff was very friendly! The woman who did my nails name is Q and I told her to her go with her choice and put a design on each hand!!! Q told me the color I picked out would show through and just makes nails look like they had glitter so she suggested the white with glitter look and I am glad I took her recommendation! She picked out the design and the other nail color and did great work! After my experience with a different nail salon I will be making my new nail salon lux nails!!! They are definitely worth checking out and they also offer many other services!!! They accept walk -ins and also do appointments so I would make an appointment if you want someone in particular or you may have to wait!

Nails didn’t come out terrible but why was it $85 for them to reuse nail files, buffers, etc that they used on the girl right before me. And for nails that did not meet my expectations nor did they match the reference picture. My clear and white nails have dust in them and the shape was poor. I reshaped them at home. Acrylic nails

I didn’t even want to give a 1 star but it makes you! I went here today to get my nails done because the other place I go was a long wait. I will never go back here again something I get done everytime they charged 65 dollars to do and at the other place only charges 45 they price Gouge here for no reason! We had an appointment for pedicures and one fill in at 4:30 .. we walked in and they were busy, no problem. They finally sat us down at 5:15. He rushed through the gel polish on my toes. The next day it peeled off of one of my toes. I went in to ask her to fix ONE toe- Polly, the owner, told me they were too busy with appointments and it would be a while. I asked how long is a while and she was extremely rude and said “dunno, we have too many appointments, 2 hours.” I just said forget it and left- I needed ONE toe fixed that was clearly THEIR mistake. I will never go here again.

I used to come here regularly for a gel mani & pedi, it’s not what it used to be in comparison to last year. Making an appointment is useless, you’ll still wait 20+ min to be seated. The last two times I have been.. My ingrown toe nails were missed on both feet and just painted over… In addition to my gel finger nail polish coming up within a week of going!!! But also the last visit, my nails were cut and filed SO short he couldn’t paint them, painted my cuticles, and polish was left on 5+ of my fingers… It looked like a 5 year old painted them….. While this was going on, they were shooing someone out their door bc she had been double charged & they didn’t want to deal with her…. So it was clear to me that speaking up about my issues would just result in a similar poor outcome.
