I’ve sitting here now 30 minutes into my appointment, with no one hanging started my nails. I made an appointment 3 days ago for a gel manicure and pedicure at the same time. I have 3 little kids at home and an appointment following this. I’m glad they have so much respect for peoples time. I barely get out between work and the kids, and this is the horrible experience I have. If it wasn’t for the fact that I have no where that can take me right now, I would have left. I will not be coming back.

The owner used to do a fantastic job on my nails (SNs) but one day after I complained about the older lady that does the pedicures never seemed to do my nails properly again. I kept giving them chance after chance but finally gave up on ever coming here again. Reason for complaint:The older lady that used to do my pedicures here started treated me horribly for absolutely no reason. I would always tip her $20 and she kept on just going up my legs for the massage literally 3 times and that would be it. Once I had to remind her to put lotion on!!!!??? Once when the owner was not there she had me get up to pick out toenail polish with my bare feet in the cold floor-not to mention- unsanitary- after they had already been in the tub of water. She was so unfriendly so rude almost hateful. Then I would see her be friendly as all get out with the next customer.The owner did give me a free pedi one day but after all the years of giving them a chance after chance after chance I started crying one day so it took that to get a free pedicure and I would always seem to forget to stamp the stamp card and they never would remind me so I should’ve gotten a whole lot more free pedicures than that over the years.and when I stopped going there the rough patches on the Top of my feet started to go away and smooth out so there’s some thing in their pedicure water that was making my feet rougher than they should be. And when I say rough I mean like painfully eczema rough. Once I started having one of the younger girls do my pedicures the toenail polish would start to chip within a week -so no more!

best nail tech i’ve ever been to! took such good care of my nail and took their time making sure the shape and design of my nails where flawless. they offer you drinks so your not thirsty while getting ur nails done and ontop of that will always check and make sure your receiving the correct nails you asked for. they truly care about their work and customers dearly if your wanting to get your nails done complicated design or simple i highly suggest you pay a visit to lux nails

I usually have a mani-pedi done with regular nail polish, but this time I got dip nails. Other places charge like $40 with $5-10 for design. Mine was $38. The nail tech was nice and did a good job shaping my nails and doing a ombre design on my nails. Love the place. I have been here multiple times and they are always so nice and professional. I usually have a mani-pedi done with regular nail polish, but this time I got dip nails. Other places charge like $40 with $5-10 for design. Mine was $38. The nail tech was nice and did a good job shaping my nails and doing a ombre design on my nails. Love the place. Never had injuries with my cuticles at this place ☺️

Critical: ProfessionalismUse to come to them often. The guy that works in there is a bit rude. Don’t want to make this a race issue but…. I was the only customer in there this particular day. Guy kept standing over me, however when other customers came, (they were white) he was very polite and friendly. He went to get them cold water, even though they didn’t ask. Not one time did he offer me any and once again I was the first customer there (and the only black one). The lady doing my nails noticed this as well and she offered but I was just ready to go. When they were done and ready to checkout, he was very friendly and polite but when it was my turn, he didn’t speak a word. That was about 2 months ago.
