I have been going here for about three months and really like the pedicures provided by Nancy. I arrived for my appointment today and was told there would be a 20-minute wait and to go have a drink somewhere. I declined and said I would just wait. I then watched Nancy finish a pedicure and move to another chair to START a new pedicure. I would have been waiting for no less than 45 minutes for my service. I understand that the unexpected can happen; however if I have an appointment I expect to be seen at that time or the manager to have the courtesy to call and ask if I can come an hour later. This is totally unprofessional and I will not return. I am a very generous tipper so ultimately this is Nancy’s loss. Do better for your clients that pay well.

I went in for services on Friday September 1, 2022 . The services were; a pedicure, eyelash extensions, and eye brow tenting. The lady who did my pedicure was great. However, the young lady with glasses that did my eyelash extensions and eyebrow tinting, lack any type of customer service skills and is detriment to the business. I asked her to put hand sanitizer on her hands because she was going to touch my skin and my eyes. She stated,” I just washed my hands and it’s late in the afternoon “. Also, I asked her to pull the covering paper all the way down on the bed they have you lay down on. She stated, “if you worried about all of that, you shouldn’t get the services done”. I’m a paying customer and she spoke to me as if the services were free. My belief is because I am a woman of color, she didn’t respect my patronage. I will never visit this business again and I encourage anyone who cares about human beings to follow suit.

I don’t know about other nail technicians but the one who did mine she is the manager. She is so arrogant and I guess she was in so much hurry she just wanted to finish the nails without concerning that I am not happy with whatever she is doing. Length is Mismatched gel coat is not good. Still uneven. Just not happy at all. I just moved to South Carolina and wanted someone nearby for my nails but I guess this is big no for me. Wasted my 50$ for sure.

Walked in at 6:05. Two technicians were giving pedicures, while tech person was visibly free. I was then asked, how I could be helped, which is a sign that they were still servicing customer. The hours also state open until 7pm. I replied, nail soak off please. Female responded with, “oh, no time, can you come back tomorrow”. I was confused by the denial of service, until I saw another customer walk in shorty after me but got serviced. I now realized, it was about the money. The cost would be low for the 30 min of time I may need to sit and soak my nails with a technician sporadically useing of the drill in between soaks to speed up the process.

My Wife and her two nieces were able to get in for last minute mani/pedis while the family was visiting us. They pampered the girls and did such a great job on their nails, taking their time to add the details they wanted. My appointment was for 3:00 and i arrived early and i waited till 3:45 till i just walked out bc i was only spoken to when i came in and said i have an apppointment at 3 and when I asked to look at colors. other than that, they did not acknowledge that I have been waiting much longer than i should be waiting for a scheduled appointment! i was very disappointed bc i saw they can do really cool designs and was excited! first and last time going there sadly…
