I went on a Wednesday to get a manicure with a friend and loved it so much I went back on Monday to get a pedicure, needless to say I am up at 3AM doing a antibiotic treatment on my feet because of the soreness, redness, and pain. I wanted a dip manicure, went in with my old clear DIP with GEL on top and the woman with glasses and long hair and the woman with a shirt pony tail couldn’t help but spend 30 minutes straight arguing over whether it was dip or acrylic. Even after I told them my nails were dip with gel on top. After watching them argue lunch a bunch of old crowd and turning google translate on my phone to listen to them trash talk me in their foreign language I decided to not get my nails done there and only let them take off what they couldn’t help but argue about. Terrible customer service, they do not know how to treat customers, and charged me $16 to soak my nails in acetone and listen to them argue. Last trip there ever!!

I really hate to leave bad reviews! But… this may have been the most rushed and terrible manicure/pedicure I have ever had. They were busy, but I paid for the expensive pedicure, gel polish on manicure and pedicure, and it was bad!!!!! Nail polish is cracking, many nails are half polished, everything was super rushed on a Wednesday afternoon! Hate to see quality on a Saturday. I left a good tip because I have class… but, their loss bc I will never go back! I will take my $100 every 2 weeks elsewhere. I am sad my Art Nails was closed today…. I should have waited!

Never will I ever return to this place. I have been here a few times, typically to get a gel manicure. I’ve had the gel chip in the same day before from them. Today I decided to get dip, because that’s all they keep asking me to get. I have never left a nail salon more upset in my life than I did today. The head lady at the front, who I believe her name is Nancy, was terrible. She was on the phone the entire time she did my nails and did not listen to a thing I wanted or asked for. I had grown my nails out excited to keeps them long and she filed them all the way down even after I asked to keep them long. This dip powder is INSANELY thick. I have had a acrylic nails thinner than this. My nails are all different sizes, not the shape I wanted and hideous. When I noticed the dip on my nails did not match the gel on my toes I brought it up and she rudely said she wished I would have told her earlier, even though she was on the phone THE ENTIRE TIME. she suggested putting a coat of the gel polish on top and I said that was fine. However she did a terrible job at painting there is paint all over my fingers and in my nails beds. She did not do any cuticle care or hand massage even though I asked for the manicure. After over 2 hours in the salon, even though I had an appointment, and 128$ later I will never be returning.

I was referred here by my hair girl and I was definitely impressed. Natalie did my nails. They were too thick and too blobby. She redid my nails made them the way I wanted. She listened and was very nice and sweet. Will be going to her from now on. Dip powder

I got acrylic nails done here at the last minute before getting maternity photos taken. I came back again a month later to get a regular gel manicure. Both times I was a walk-in and they got me in and out in less than an hour. The acrylics were super secure and lasted about four weeks, giving my real nails time to grow. My real nails have never looked so good!
