It took 1.5 hours to get dip removed and new dip on. The tech grabbed the wrong dip color I asked for, hit my skin multiple times while removing dip, didn’t want to push my cuticles before adding polish, cut my skin, and I asked for short rounded nails multiple times. I gave 2 stairs because the price was good and the place looked nice and clean. I would have given one star if I was rating just the service. The picture was taken 4 hours after my nails were completed

What I asked for vs what I got. Some of the staff here pays close attention to detail but the young man who did my nails was extremely rough and despite me trying to guide him on what I wanted several times -he did a generic French manicure that I’m extremely unhappy with. I filed my nails when I got home myself because they looked so terrible and boxy. He drilled over my skin several times and when filing my nails he was extremely rough and hard- my nail beds are so sore I had to take Tylenol. I showed him the picture on the left several times and he said “yeah yeah I got it” . No my guy. If you come here make sure you ask for someone reputable/ I’ve heard great things about Tracy.

I would never come back to this salon. I showed the tech a picture and she said she couldn’t do the design. I mentioned about dip powder before she she started doing my acrylic and she kept saying you have time to decide. As she was starting the acrylic she asked me if I decided on what I wanted, I mentioned about the dip powder again and then she said oh it’s too late for that now. So I went to pick a color out of all the books they have and every color I asked about she said they didn’t have. At this point I was scrambling trying to decide what to do since I wanted something very specific. She then proceeded to paint on these moons on my ring fingers and the finished result was awful, I could have done a better job. I politely told her i didn’t like the design so she started to use the machine to take the design off and at this point you can could tell she was frustrated with me, she was rough, rushing, and ready for me to get out of her chair. I should have took this as my cue to leave but I still stayed and let her finish. If she couldn’t give me the design that I wanted then she should have referred me to another nail tech more experienced in nail art. I’m so tempted to go to another nail salon tomorrow so they can give me a better design. I would have better luck with press ons. That was $65 down the drain. I had such high hopes tor this salon and highly disappointed to the point I’d never come back. She had no remorse either, I was just another number.

We had appointments at 11 and didn’t get taken until 11:20 and then waited at least 15 minutes in the chairs. My technician was very nice and at first I thought it was a nice job but upon further inspection it just looks BAD. (Note: my nails were very short already) also some of it already peeled off and it’s gel polish! They’re closed today but I plan on calling tomorrow to see if they can fix it

My friends and I went to get our nails done. We had an appointment at 12:30, we were told to have a seat and pick our nail color. My one friend got to start her nails after about 45 minutes. We waited about another 20 to 30 minutes till my other friend got her nails started. By the time it got to be my turn it was almost 2pm. The girl doing my nails did apologize. I saw they were busy, but why even bother with making appointments if you’re going to take walk ins first. Needless to say I will not be back. I would not recommend going here unless you are willing to wait that long!! Very disappointed
