Outstanding service from Suzy, owner and therapist. She is fanatical about customer service and really knows how to make sure customers are satisfied. An amusing experience, while having my nails done, there was a power outage. Suzy finished the job and it was done to perfection. I was having a shoulder massage so didn’t even mind the hassle. Then, Suzy still managed a bikini wax, in a candlelit room with a flashlight! Resourceful and genius. All about service. An incredible place with an unbeatable attitude from the whole team. Thank you Suzy. So impressed!

Worst customer service. Went in for a spontaneous manicure, was told to pick my color, but was not serviced because three other customers who came after me who didn’t have appointments either, were taken care of instead. Manager Kim who was handling customers didn’t say anything to me as people continued to be serviced ahead of me, knowing that i was waiting. Then when we complained, Kim said “oh sorry everybody’s busy.” So rude and disrespectful. I’m pretty sure it’s because I’m visibly Hispanic. Especially after seeing three white customers taken care of before me while I was ignored. I felt pretty bad after that experience. Also, Kim was rude to her own staff. She yelled at one of them right in front of us. Poor management skills. Never degrade your employees in front of clients. Utterly disgraceful business.

Amazing! Highly recommend. I’ve been to a lot of different nail salons and Lux Nails is honestly the BEST of the best. I got my nails done by Suzy and I was super impressed with her work. Clean, friendly, and professional atmosphere. This is definitely my go-to place!
